Tour Itinerary

  • Day 01

    You will visit most sacred place in Mauritius which is Ganga Talao. Here you will find the biggest statue of Lord Shiva and Goddess Laxmi. There is a lake which is formed due to volcanic activity. We will also visit Lord Hanuman temple on a hilltop, spending two hours on this spot.

    Then we will go to ISKCON temple in Quatre Bornes. Here after darshan you will be served Maha Prasad if we could meet the timings perfectly. Or the food will be served through our vegetarian food outlet seperatly.

    First day ends here. You will arrive at the hotel at the end of the day. Take rest and dinner will be served by the hotel.

  • Day 02

    You will have breakfast at the hotel and be ready for today’s travel by 9:30 am.

    • You will visit Sagar Shiv Mandir Hindu Temple. This is a Hindu temple located in the eastern coast of Mauritius. It is a very popular place of worship for Hindus in Mauritius. The location is amazing with a breath-taking view of ocean. You will be here for 40 minutes.
    • Then you will go to the another most worshipped temple in Mauritius which is Spiritual Park. This shrine, which houses a nine-foot-tall statue of the standing Panchamukha Ganapati ( o5 headed lord ganesh idol) has become a place of reverence and a pilgrimage site for the Hindus. You will be served lunch here. You will start from 3:00 pm from this temple to go to our next destination.
    • You will then go to La Laura village. This village was established in 1920. It is surrounded by lush and dense forest. A very beautiful temple was built here. You will spend 40 minutes here. Then you will be taken to your hotel. Dinner will be served to you by the hotel.
  • Day 03

    You will have breakfast at the hotel and be ready for today’s travel by 9:30 am.

    • You will go to Sri Shiv Subramanya(also known as Mountain God) Temple which is on top of a mountain. You will have to climb approx. 50 to 60 steps to reach at the temple. This temple site also gives magnificent views of Mauritius and is also famous for sunsets. You will spend 40 minutes at this spot. Those who cannot climb these steps can sit at a temple which is at the base of the hill. You can also be at leisure at a garden which is also at the base, wherein you can see and feed peacocks.
    • Then we will go to Brindavan temple at Palma. The premises are huge, neat and clean. You will find a temple of Durga Maa in a cave (dead lava tube). You will experience good energies and positive vibes when you visit these places. You will spend 30 minutes here.
    • Our next spot will be Cascavelle temple. Here people from Maharashtra, India, have built Sri Vithal Mandir in 1902. Here you will be served lunch.
    • From Cascavelle temple, we will go to Kailashnath Temple at Bambous. This site gives amazing ocean views. You will spend 30 minutes here.
    • Our final destination will be Kali Kovil Chebel. This is the most authentic, beautiful and very well-maintained Tamil temple in Mauritius. The idol is this temple was found when the labourers were working in sugarcane fields approx. 190 years ago.
    • After this you will return to your hotel. You will be served dinner.
  • Day 04

    You will have breakfast at the hotel and be ready for today’s travel by 9:30 am.

    • First, we will go to Sai Baba temple. This is one of the most visited temples by Sai baba followers in Mauritius. You will spend 30 minutes here.
    • Next, we will visit Hari Hara Devasthanam where you will find 108 FT tall statue of Lord Balaji, which is a very rare find and one of its own. You will spend one hour here and will also be served lunch here.
    • Lastly, we will visit Maheshwarnath temple. This temple is locally also known as "Grand Shivala Triolet" is a Hindu temple located in the town of Triolet, Mauritius. The presiding deity of the temple is Lord Shiva (one of his epithets is Maheshwarnath, meaning the great Lord). The temple is the biggest and one of the oldest Hindu temples on the island.
    • You will come back to hotel and take rest and dinner. Pack your luggage be ready to leave hotel tomorrow by 9:30 am.
  • Day 05

    You will have breakfast at the hotel and be ready for today’s travel by 9:30 am. You will check-out from the hotel.

    • We will first visit Chinna Tirupati, built and maintained by the Telugu Maha Sabha in Port Louis. It is one of the most beautiful temples and a must visit one in Mauritius. Here you will spend 30 minutes.
    • Lastly, we will visit Meenakshee Amma Temple. It is one of the oldest and the biggest temple in Mauritius. You will spend an hour here. You will be served lunch here and then you all will go to the airport and depart for your respective hometowns.
